英飞凌以其卓越的可持续发展绩效再度赢得盛誉。作为世界顶级可持续投资评级机构之一，Oekom Research AG经分析和评估之后，将英飞凌评为“Prime（最佳）”等级，确定英飞凌股票是可持续金融投资——此项殊荣等同于被评为全球最具可持续发展性的企业。从现在起，英飞凌可以在其宣传材料上使用Oekom Prime徽标。Oekom 客户的投资总额高达5 200亿美元。

Oekom采用了两级遴选评估机制：首先， 对大约3,000家企业的可持续发展绩效进行评估。只有那些有可能被评为“Prime（最佳）”等级的企业，才会进入第二阶段，按照大约100项生态和社会方面的可持续发展标准，受到详尽评估。公司可持续发展与连续性规划部门负责人Christian Pophal表示，“Oekom授予的‘Prime（最佳）’等级再一次证明，可持续发展是英飞凌企业文化不可分割的组成部分，而不只是空洞的宣传口号。英飞凌全公司上下都为取得这一成就而付出了不懈努力。”

Infineon once again receives distinction for sustainability

Infineon has once again been distinguished for sustainability after an analysis and evaluation by Oekom Research AG. As one of the leading rating agencies in the sustainable investment sector, Oekom Research concludes: Infineon receives Prime status, qualifying Infineon shares as a sustainable financial investment – on par with the most sustainable companies in the world. From now on Infineon may use the Oekom Prime logo in its communications. Oekom clients represent a total investment volume of €520 billion. 

Oekom uses a two-stage selection process for its evaluations: First, about 3,000 companies are assessed according to their achievements in regard to sustainability. Only those companies that have the potential for Prime status are subjected to a detailed assessment in a second stage: on the basis of about 100 sustainability criteria – in ecology and social commitment. "Oekom Prime status confirms once again that sustainability at Infineon is an integral part of the corporate culture and is not just some empty advertising slogan. All areas of Infineon contribute to this result with their commitment," says Christian Pophal, Head of Corporate Sustainability and Continuity Planning. 

Dow Jones Sustainability Index

It was only this September that Infineon was included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the fourth time in a row. Since its initial assessment in 2010 by the Swiss investment company RobecoSAM, Infineon has been rated among the best companies in the world in regard to sustainability. 

Corporate Social Responsibility at Infineon

As a globally operating company and UN Global Compact initiative participant, Infineon voluntarily assumes responsibility towards the international community. Social responsibility and environmental protection are taken very seriously and are an integral part of corporate strategy. The necessary structures, processes and guidelines are defined in-house on the basis of UN Global Compact principles. Participation in the UN Global Compact initiative since 2004 is characteristic of Infineon as a conscientious and responsible company.
