李小琳 中国电力国际 由全国妇联与品牌中国产业联盟联合主办的2010品牌中国 (女性)高峰论坛日前在北京隆重开幕。中国电力国际有限公司董事长李小琳介绍了自己的创业经历和企业可持续发展的心得。
李小琳说：“我想我们的企业如何成长，如何管理，如何可持续发展，我觉得有五个因素是非常重要的。我们的女企业家们不但要做到更加自尊、自爱、自立、自强，还应该做到具备其他因素，那就是需要有一个崇高的理念、准确的定位、成功的自信、果断的决策和创新的思维。在治业的管理当中，崇高的信念是保持我们激情的原动力。”
李小琳介绍，领导的心力就是人格魅力，这里面最重要的有四点，要不断使我们自己加强学习。四点要求：一、视野宏达。二、胸怀宽阔。三、知识、见识、胆识。四、同时每个女性领导要不断打开心扉，解放自我。
李小琳大学毕业后在政府工作10年，在企业工作了16年。她从基层，从发电行业、输电、配电、电网、电力部、能源部，经历了三次创业，1994年的创业中电国际，2004年经过十年磨一剑，创建了中国电力，在香港上市，2006年又创建了新能源。
